Our builder department possesses years of experience working with custom builders, and is highly trained to serve your needs, communicating consistently with you and your home buyers about the status of orders, updates, and delivery dates. Recently, we added a new operations department to ensure inventory is in place and orders are filled to each projects’ specifications. This system addresses the specific needs of builders.
We work with your designers, architects and directly with home buyers to meet job requirements and your project’s specifications to stay at or below budget. Whether you are working on a residential development, office complex, restaurant/bar, church or medical office, we will assign you a dedicated lighting specialist who will oversee every phase of your project to ensure that you receive the detailed attention required to make your project run smoothly.

Our inventory system, based on both your buying history and future projections, guarantees that products are there when you need them.
LED Lamps and Fixtures
The growth of the LED market means that you can offer your customers even more choices and considerable cost savings. To demonstrate these savings, we will calculate a comparison of LED packages vs incandescent to allow your customers to make the best decision for their needs. Most builders know that, while LED lamps are more costly at the onset, there are significant costs savings that will far surpass the initial investment.
Ceiling Fan Installation
We offer the services of our expert ceiling fan installers, who are specifically trained in ceiling fan and decorative lighting installation. Ceiling fans are often shipping with controls and remotes. These are shipping in the boxes direct from the factory, and we have noticed an alarming number of electricians discarding fan remotes and instruction manuals that direct installers on how to “pair” controls to ceiling fans.
By utilizing our ceiling fan team, you will eliminate the frustration and added cost of replacing lost and/or discarded controls and limit warranty issues such as noisy fans and balancing issues. This installation service comes with one-year labor warranty. Almost all ceiling fans come with a 15 to 30 year warranty but no labor coverage. When you use our expert installers, you will receive this added value for your home buyers.
Delivery
We often make site visits to discuss the project needs and coordinate deliveries with the onsite crew. Depending on your project schedule, we are happy to schedule deliveries days or even weeks before fixtures are needed at the job site. We will coordinate your delivery schedule to suit your needs and our wrapping and labeling systems make your job easier and more efficient. House packs are bundled with a custom label affixed to each box noting the fixture number and its specific location in the house. Delivering an accurate, complete house of fixtures is our goal.
